If your serious about GOOD gear, this is your place. The luthier there is top notch as well. The sales people are really cool too. They share the same passion for music as there customers, and happy to help get the rite geat to the rite Coustomer. I personally haven't purchased anything there, I didn't absolutely love.

I did an in-store return of a guitar purchased online from another location and I purchased a used amp. The staff made my return painless and were reasonably helpful and friendly. I would definitely consider stopping by / buying a guitar online from them in the future.

I had a bad experience with the Wilmington GC with the lack of quality with their guitar setup's. But this Plymouth GC store said their tech does fret work and go the extra mile and make it good. They changed my bass strings for $100+ and that was it. No fret work. Bass still buzzes now with new strings. Waste of my travel time and i was quite frankly ripped off. Save your money and dont go to GC Plymouth Meeting. Find a real guitar repair/setup person. Apparently GC is more interested in taking your money then actually fixing it. Fret work takes time. Don't say you do it when you don't. I am an extremely unhappy customer.
