My father was here for 8 months. At night there are cars pulling up outside the front door with loud music people hanging out. One night my father fully paralyzed & vent dependant was throwing up the nurse left him to throw up on himself all night. I finally got a phone call early that morning from the nurse that he wanted her to call me (he told me he was asking all night). My dad had a cell phone and eh asked someone to facetime me & they said "Thats not my job I am not here to make phone calls". The doctors come 1x a week and you have to hunt them down. I had to physically go there and look around the halls. When things did get bad for my father it was up to me to figure it out. Right after my father passed away the billing department called me. Shana Grossman called for me to pay the bill she had a terrible attitude and said "your father is expired so we need to settle the balance". As if my father were a container of milk that just expired. I was still waiting for Medicaid to be approved. If you want medical records they ask for $3k making me question what are you hiding? No other facility charged me that much they charged $6-$8.

Not a good experience. Do not be mislead by the good reviews as most are from employees. The nurses are rude and unprofessional, only met one helpful CNA and PTA. Not hygienic, on arrival the room was visibly dirty, and still had personal belongings from previous patient. No soap or trash bag in bathroom. The equipment and place is very outdated. They will leave a patient in bed the whole weekend if they arrived on a Friday. The patient sharing the room complained they had not fed him in over 4 days. They did not know my family members medical condition when he arrived. Definitely do not recommend.

Physical therapy was great experience for me. They really helped me get back to walking. They're caring and encouraging. I thank them all for their support and service.

This is a facility that stands head and shoulders above the rest! They are equipped to take care of patients not found anywhere else, and they do it with grace and love. The team is phenomenal and has a great spirit. I would recommend this facility to treat a loved one. If you are that special person, you should consider joining their fantastic staff. Keep up the great work!
