Honestly, I judged a book by its cover and was shocked at the results. First things first, dont park aginst the building. The parking lot kind of looks more like a test course, but that's the actual parking space they want you to use. It's like getting into Fort Knox with all the covid questions, but I get it. My agent was dismissive at first, but warmed up and was rather pleasant and efficient. I was in and out in 20 minutes without an appointment!

There were two ladies working. One whom unfortunately I didn't get, the other has to be the rudest dmv employee I have ever met and I am from Raleigh where most feel it's their jobs to be rude! The one I didn't get was extremely helpful! Unfortunately they didn't have name tags so I didn't get their names. All I can say if you get someone with a faceshield and curly hair I am truly sorry. Hopefully you will get the one who wears a cloth face mask. I can't say enough nice things about her! Honestly if it weren't for the rude person I would give them 3 stars! That one star is too much for the person I had to deal with.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a dmv. The worst. The lady working there came out the door with a rude, unprofessional attitude. This was the second time we had to go up there. Instead of answering your questions she cuts you off to tell you to do something on the website that you have already done. What makes it more unacceptable is the fact that she had no other customers besides us in the parking lot. Zero cars. If I could give zero stars or negative stars I would.
