The complex itself is clean and tidy. Unfortunately, the office person strung along my niece with constantly needing new paystubs for over a month and never seemed to make progress. Thankfully my niece found an apartment elsewhere, in a much quicker time frame.

No there is not, but this apartment is only a few minutes from the park which has a community pool

Yes but they tell you one amount that it will be then after you sign papers it goes up
