Excellent group of physicians! Service is relatively full, wait times are low and having a whole team of physicians sharing the same patient data and able to compare note translates to the best possible healthcare available! Dr. Colin Bear is the absolute best! Always quick to get to the exam room. Patient and willing to take all the time needed for a complete appointment. He is sincere and I trust him to do whatever is in my best interest.

That's odd. I have waited at times, especially between 4-5 PM when people are leaving work and trying to be seen. Otherwise, I have always gotten a response.My best advice is to try to call before 4 PM, for sure. If you're already a patient there's a patient portal available to relay information from nurse to physician and they have always responded.
