totally underrated

I went this afternoon to the passport office with my husband and son. Ms Genosier was wonderful. She took us in a timely manner and was very professional. She was patient as I had to fill out papers again due to mistakes. She was extremely pleasant and helpful. She was obviously knowledgeable and answered all my question and thoroughly explained the process. I wish i could go to her for more services like a drivers license. Thank u again for your assistance today for helping us get our passports for travel. I highly recommend her service.

Michael Etienne the manager at that office is horrible!!! No professionalism whatsoever, I highly recommend the Miami office. Indo not know why management keeps such a rude person in charge their. It is beyond me. Poor poor service .
