Zero stars for the Garrisonville Va enterprise. What's the point in having a key drop off box when they're still going to charge you for a full day? If they're billing cycle is 24 hours and you get clocked in that next morning it's basically robbery. Never again.

I would not recommend renting from this office. My wife had problems with a car she rented in Alabama. They did an exchange and the car they gave her was damaged already. She showed him some scratches but he said that they weren't bad enough document. She received no documents of the rental in person or an email. The original office that she rented from did not receive notification that she had exchanged a vehicle. I am highly disappointed . They are trying to make me responsible for the damages that were already on the vehicle.

Warrenton VA Enterprise rocked the house! I had some repairs to my car and they provided me an adequate replacement. I had some personal issues with the rental and asked for a replacement. They immediately did, just incredible. The staff continued to make sure I was okay and my needs were met. Outstanding customer service, thank you very much
