That's odd. I have waited at times, especially between 4-5 PM when people are leaving work and trying to be seen. Otherwise, I have always gotten a response.My best advice is to try to call before 4 PM, for sure. If you're already a patient there's a patient portal available to relay information from nurse to physician and they have always responded.
I usually call the office soon after they open at 8, and 9 times of 10 someone always answers the phone. Calling between 11-1 wouldn't be a good idea due to the everyone taking lunch between times.
They contact me through text with a link to add my appointments to my Google calendar. The nurses also call me the day before. BUT... with that said being on hold with them takes FOREVER
