This dealership service department is by far the worst I suggest you run away as far as you can. My car has been there since in the dealership since 2/28/2022 for a transmission, transmission came it was a bad transmission. Now they gave me a completion date for Monday, everyday they called and said it’s gone finished the next day. Now they called today and said it will be ready in 45 minutes, then called back and said no it’s going to be ready tomorrow we sorry. Run as far as you can, they are complete liars they call with more excuses than I’ve ever heard I hate I let this place work on my vehicle and let alone purchased a vehicle from these folks with sense of urgency. Sales department had urgency service is trash.

Checked my truck in for fuel filter replacement and oil change on a diesel pickup two hour wait in waiting room for the service tech to come tell me at the time my truck was to be completed they don’t have the filter it’s being shipped from warehouse should bet there in two more hours, during the two hours I was waiting they did not do the oil change or rotate the tires, and they were told I was waiting, why when the tech found out they didn’t have the fuel filter in stock I wasn’t notified instead of letting me sit in a waiting room for 2 hours 15 minutes then come tell me the part will be there at 4:00 that means another 2 plus hours for the work to be performed. Why wasn’t the rest of the work taken care of so when the fuel filter arrived it could have been placed on the truck and I would have been finish. Never go to Art Moran for service, The sad part about the situation I had an appointment , Why the tech that pulled my order wasn’t notified the part wasn’t in stock, I’ve been to dealerships where the managers in the service department track the progress of the repairs especially when someone is waiting.

Very professional and courteous staff - If I recall, my service visit was handled by Anthony, who is an excellent communicator. Shuttle driver was excellent too. In fact, every staff member I engaged with was very polite and efficient. I had an Oil change and Tire rotation, took about two hours to complete.

Not anymore
No Shuttle but we do offer free loaner vehicles or a Lyft ride within 10 miles if that's more convenient. Also Fog each customer vehicle and loaner vehicles after use. Building is cleaned daily and completely fogged two x's a week. Social distance barriers at each desk, waiting room chairs spread out. All customers and employees required to wear a mask. thanks Tom Moran

I am not familiar with the products they have on the lot. Best solution is to contact them directly.
