I booked the double facial for my husband and I. I may have overlooked it on the website but I assumed we would be in the same room. This was surprising but we were fine with doing them separately. The most crucial part of the experience was the lack of customer service: 1- Neither esthetician introduced themselves to us. I had to ask my esthetician's name as I was leaving. 2- I was told to take off my top and take my bra straps down. Before I could ask a question, she had already left. I opened the door and another esthetician was there. I asked if I was supposed to wear the robe on the back of the door. She responded no. It seemed awkward and uncomfortable to just be topless in a room. 3- The esthetician walked back in the room without knocking and I wasn't fully ready leaving me feeling exposed. 4- The esthetician only once described what she was doing to my face. When she saw my face having a negative reaction she never reassured me of the process or what she was doing. She was silent unless I asked a question. I've had facials before and every time they warn or discuss what they are doing to your face and why. 5- I left with slight burns to my nose and upper cheek areas. They are still red, swollen, and sensitive today. I was not given any instructions on how to treat the burns/areas besides "use moisturizers". She never mentioned the reaction until I asked about it. 6- When the facial was complete the only thing the esthetician said was "ok you're done" and she was walking out. I had to quickly announce I had questions. She seemed very eager to get me out the door. My husband had mainly the same experience. We were in two separate rooms so I would suspect that this is normal practice. The entire visit seemed very cold except for the receptionist. Even after all of that I left a generous tip of 20% but was charged 40% to my card. I was told they didn’t have receipts so I wasn’t aware of the overcharge until I was in my car.

Just left here from getting a Brazilian front to back wax. A'Marie's hands are truly anointed! I switched waxers twice, and super happy I found her! This is the first waxing I had that did not hurt. 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽 Already scheduled my next appointment!!

I've been getting my wax's done at the Southfield location and they have always been great. The shop is very clean, the staff are friendly, professional, and happy to help you, the vibe is relaxing, and I've always had my services started on time. Overall it's a great experience!

I LOVE THIS SPA. They are extremely professional and punctual, I am always in and out. Even though they are booked solid it’s so easy to find out when there are openings and I can just go online and book out my appointments for the rest of the year if need be. The staff really cares about helping and are so knowledgeable. I go for my facials and waxing, whenever I have concerns or questions about what products to use they are always able to assist and make me aware of what to avoid. HIGHLY RECOMMEND to anyone who wants to be able to trust their estheticians!
