"10 feet 10 second rule" of contact is a thing of the past - you have to search for assistance. Return policy is 15 days. Show your cashier the shipped and sold by Amazon price at checkout because it usually the real best buy and they will match it. If online inventory says only a few left it is usually store shrink (missing) and there is no way to call the stores to get eye on product anymore.

I did an exchange here for my new echo dot by Amazon.. The manager was extremely friendly and accommodating to my exchange. The staff was friendly as well. Very welcoming and helpful environment. They had a great selection as always of electronics, my favorite. I will be returning to purchase my new TV!

I would suggest you call the store, if they do offer the repair i am sure it will be shipped out and not done onsite

Appts were required until June 15th. Walk in to speak to Geek Squad is fine, however it was best to schedule appts. Due to the chance you may have a long wait.
Search online if it doesn't exist maybe they have stopped selling those titles.
