The Best Braces is always very supportive, loving, and caring towards all their patients/ clients, from what I can tell. When I walk into the building, the Dentist, assistants, and front desk seems to know everyone's name and are always so bubbly and happy. The morale of the staff looks pretty high; they have little pumpkin contests for their staff during Halloween, and for the most part, they seem involved and invested in their job. As a patient, I LOVE seeing all the pumpkins. I have some physical impairments that require particular protocol and coordination from my specialists. The Best Braces did not deny me (like most orthodontics) for having these; instead, they made sure; 1. they could manage my condition, 2. I was SAFE, 3. There is a safety plan on file. When I had a health issue, they recognized it and immediately ensured I was safe. I credit the dental assistant for recognizing all the signs. After this happened, I freaked out and cried, being embarrassed and scared - that even though my medical doctors said I was safe with my safety steps, the Dentist would give up on my safety steps and consider me a "liability." They did not. Natalia, the primary assistant who works with me, can quickly tell if I'm having a medical issue and stops as slowly as she needs to. When she finishes adjusting my braces, she ensures I am feeling ok before getting up, water if needed, helps me up, and watches me get in my family members' car so that she knows I am safe. We travel an hour away for this place because they work with their patients/ clients/treat them with respect, and care about people feeling better about their oral health. With someone with chronic illnesses having a safe, reliable provider, and their staff willing to help you, makes a huge difference.

I love best braces! 10/10 the experience was great. The team is so friendly and nice. I love the environment, the music, and how professional and clean it is. Becca did my braces she did an amazing Job she was so patient doing the treatment I felt asleep and she did my braces so fast. Dr.Teasley was so nice to me. Thank yall!! #TeamBestBraces

I love this office. Every single staff member my daughter and I encounter are beyond great. Caring, accommodating, and pleasant. I can’t say enough about this place. In todays climate, it’s hard to come across people who love their job. Her appointments are always on time. The office is clean. Their work is great. The price is reasonable.

I started my orthodontic journey here in 2018 and it has always been amazing. I used to look forward to my appointments , because I knew I would be treated with such hospitality. But I recently sent it for new retainers and my new orthodontist is a well educated awesome black woman, which was awesome to see. She is also a Howard Alumna !! HU YOU KNOW
