Food and service was great! It was cooked fresh and fast. Manager was helpful and working well with his staff to get food out fast and accurately. I would definitely recommend you giving it a try if you want GOOD food. It’s my favorite chicken and fish place to come too when I’m home in the city! Try it!

Food is good but the young guy that's on the register is more focused on exchanging Instagram names than attending to the paying customer. The lady manager is always on point and helpful and be on the staff about providing good service and doing their job

Raw chicken and my 6 year old ate some before I noticed. Called the manager and he was completely rude. Thought he had me on hold as he told the staff that "this lady is upset because I did not say sorry about her son eating the raw chicken". After he hung up on me and I called back...he refused to get back on the phone. I wrote an email to corporate and received a call immediately from Brittani. Brittani handled it the way I imagined that he would....apologizing and offering to make it right. The regional manager (I believe he was) called me the next day and was also apologetic. When this mom calms down a bit...I will allow them to give me a refund and make it "right" but between the cook/manager and the girls at the register....I'd suggest by passing them and going elsewhere.

I was the kind of disappointed they had a sign in the window for a couple combos. Before I place my order I was looking at the the menu and the manager came out and said that that was a lunch special there was now a sign or anything indicating that was a lunch special or the time that that cell is for the two or three combinations. That was the reason why I came into the store because that was a good price on the chicken combos. It should be posted that it is a lunch menu and a time frame that you can purchase that combo so I was kind of disappointed with that although I placed an order anyway.
