Heather, Kirk and Holly were absolutely AMAZING!!! They helped me find the perfect apartment. I wanted a regular unit but because my unit wasn’t ready they upgraded us to a fully renovated apartment and knocked the price down . Myself and my family are grateful for this team!

When I moved here from California, I was not sure if I am gonna fit in. But this is a very nice spacious apartment with lot of different mix of people. Everyone is very nice in the community and I never had any issue staying here. …Wow, Amy! Thank you the stellar review of our community. My mom stayed in these apartments for 5 years!!! In the five years staying here the central air went out every year. The last time it went out they gave her a portable AC unit for a 1400 sq ft apartment. The rent went up every year, but …Hi, Larice. Although we appreciate most feedback, we are very concerned about yours. We've searched our work order requests and found that all of the requests your mother put in for AC were completed promptly after and the last one was in 2020. Furthermore, there were no damages charged upon move out, the fees your mother incurred were prorated rent from the date she handed in her keys, a late fee for January's rent, and an early termination fee for not providing the required 30-day notice to vacate. Your mother did leave the unit in great condition, we appreciate that! If you would like to discuss these details further, please give us a call directly at (248) 557-5338 or email us so you can see for yourself the dates everything took place. Thank you and we wish you both the best. -The Team at The Oxley Apartments

It's true, it always smells like weed, the stairwells are filthy, nothing get fixed, heat keeps going out. This place is the worst.
Hi Emma - I see that this is old but if you are still having issues, please call the office and ask for me.
They're nice, some of the complexes have balconies and patios
Hi Kristen - I’m unclear as to what type of 3rd party payments you are referring to. If you could call me, I can clarify and assist you!

From friends and associates who still stay at that location, i seen proof that the Providence Places are being sold again and they dont even follow guidelines of sending memos to all the residents. My best advice to you is to pay for it yourself and minis it from your rent. That place is very nasty and still is a big drug trafficking location for prostitute as well A 16 year old girl died in the apartments the same night that a 25 year old died from drug overdose. You can also break your lease under unsafe conditions which is a protected law that grants you immediate movement from location for unlivable conditions. How do you raise rent on low income also many tenates need to realize that you hold the power if your very serious about it than I can have a associate of mines contact you whose employed through Housing Committee which is ran through the Feds.
