This is the worst place to live…take my advice and find something better. The tenants here are very ghetto and loud. The place is not secured at all my car has been broken into multiple times, my kids bikes have been stolen, my packages have been stolen and on top of everything we one day found out there was a complete stranger sleeping in our basement for months and nothing was ever done about securing the building… How scary is that? They don’t give a care about the tenants here, they just want your money.

They Went up on rent, my water bill is higher than ever and I'm never really home and the pool is NEVER open! Very disappointing!!!

Thelma. Ever since this beacon management took over... it has been total confusion.... I've been here 9 years and before they took over it was great. The manager b4 this new guy cared about the complex and the residents. The rent is another factor... it went up $400 since the change. I seen your videos and I hope u didn't move into your unit and it looked like that.... (holes, bad paint job).
