The response to issues that you have by the leasing office is HORRENDOUS!!! I currently have a safety issue that has yet to be addressed. I currently have NO SMOKE or carbon monoxide detector in my unit.I have been here 8 months and they have had at least 4 different leasing agents in the office. There is zero organization and/or stability here. The best thing here is the older maintenance guy Nick who works his tail off because he is the ONLY one that I see on the property that does maintenance. How do you expect one man to take care of a entire community??? I would not recommend,

I have lived at Village Club for around 2 years and will not recommend living here to anyone. With the constant turnover in Management, it is borderline impossible to get ahold of anyone in the office let alone maintain any form of communication, Constant visits from Law Enforcement due to many issues in and around the complex, Blatant drug use on grounds and in apartments, Residents and their guests throwing trash into parking lots, noise, abandoned vehicles, Vehicle Theft, Poorly maintained parking lot, reactive not proactive security measures, and lack of maint. repairs in a timely matter (Went months without air conditioning during this summer). Village Club on Franklin has to be one of the worst apartment complexes I've lived in. *EDIT* I was able to get assistance in closing out my lease with one of the Managers. I am thankful for the assistance, however most of my original review still stands and has been edited to reflect issues that exist.
