Maintenance is always doing the job correctly, it’s takes them no longer than 3 days till fix the problem, it’s only two guys I think And they work so hard to make sure everything is good/ Kathy is the only problem she’s rude, doesn’t acknowledge you.

Started off good. As time went by had water issues quite q few times within the whole building. Repairs they come when they fill like it. Take their time with a follow up. Lack of communication. It was a leak coming from the 8th or 9th floor n made it down to the floor I live on and when maintenance came to look at my kitchen to figure where the water was coming from he mentioned it was a leak coming from above and nothing was never said to the residents that live under where it originated from! Management has been changed at least three times, for sure two. Would not recommend this place!!!! Nasty attitude with management always seem so busy but can’t talk to people in a proper way

There is a rat and mice infestation. A mouse fell through my vent and the manager sent someone in with a trap. Stay far away!!!
