This is the worst place to rent at, let me start with the most unprofessional staff members, specially this new management “LR” is even worse than the old one. They are lazy and always not working, the windows are all bad, trash is everywhere, laundry machines barely work, office is lazy and doesn’t do their jobs, there’s only 2 maintenance guys in the whole building so if you need something repaired it will be done in a year or so if you’re lucky. I love my apartment, it’s bigger than anything I have ever lived in before! 2 full bathrooms and I have a great view. The office staff is great, very friendly and always accepts my packages for me. I’ve had 2 maintenance issues, both were handled right away and the maintenance person was really nice about it. I’ve been here almost a year. Also they have been working on the building, they just renovated my hallway which was nice!
