“Everything is or isn’t Covid. All symptoms are Covid.” That’s what the PA Heba said. She called me Sweetie minimum of 10 times in a condescending manner. What is wrong with being kind and listening? Why was she so aggressive and rude? Then she called my request for an antibiotic a placebo affect. I had both a bacterial and a viral infection. Green mucus and a sty on eye lid. There are still more viruses than Covid. I had taken a Covid test 2 nights before and it was negative and of course that can be wrong and it could change. But when I asked about insurance coverage they would not answer what I would be charged for the test. When I was leaving they said my visit would have been free if I had a Covid test. I told them my co pay was $50 and they said it was only $35 so I paid that. I took her advice and took another medication. I think I was developing pneumonia or bronchitis. I called a nurse in my family after and she asked me questions and the PA did not do some visual tests that would have given her answers. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL experience. I won’t be coming back

If I need care fast, This is my first stop. Everyone here is very nice!!! The only problem I have is waiting on copy’s of my X-RAY. It’s been 2 weeks and still waiting ☹️☹️☹️.

Looks dirty in nasty .I went their when they said was open and the door was 🔐 cked.so won't go back their and from all the bad comments and pic of dirty bathroom.
