This job was not done right. It should not take a year or more to correct a problem with the job your company did. You had the opportunity to check and deal with the situation during this winter and you did not. Sorry your life got in the way but my life is being held up because you lack in the customer service. Maybe in of saying do you understand in the estimate, you should try and fix any issues in a timely manner. I would find a different company that can do a job correctly and care about their customers instead of just running a business to collect money. Over 19 emails to try and reach out. You can say what ever you want to justify your actions. Fact this customer is not happy at all about your handling of this situation. I will be finding a new company to deal with my other two houses. We don’t see what would cause the issue. At this point I think it would be best to evaluate when the cold temps arrive again. I will commit to you now to come out as soon as there is a good snow fall to see if that can help us better pin point what’s going on. Also, Looking back at the picture there’s some snow melt but there is not a significant ice shelf (Ice dam) built up along the roof nor any condensation/moisture issues or damage at the interior of the house in that area. So let’s see how it’s looking this winter. “
