Does this plane commonly hack people's accounts? How did a someone charge$1600+ dollars to my home depot account without me or my card there?

Fraud happens everywhere, I would immediately contact the phone number on your home Depot card and put a hold on it and request that there be an investigation. They do have in store cameras for this purpose and if it was ordered online it would have to be delivered somewhere.
