This is the second time within a week that there is nobody here to open the gym on time. Is it that difficult to find dependable help? Never had this problem at this location before.

Good question. 24 hr M-Th, Fri-Sun is not 24 hr.

is it really 24 hrs? its always been 5am to 9pm when ive gone.

Hi there! In order to keep our membership costs low, we do not currently offer a sauna. However, we do have hydromassage beds.
