Very small, kinda like an express Y. No sauna, no steam room. Just one area for weights, but gets the job done

I love my gym not crowd in the early morning clean been a member for 4 years for a 64 year old. It helps me to keep moving stay bless and keep up the good work

The workout area was clean, not too many people, and nice staff. The showers are was clean, organized but the lockers were working 😒. Anyways, I will definitely go back.

Ok, the reason why I ask is because the ek Gaylord location closes at 5, I work from 8:30-5:00 and I need a location that open 24 hours
