Oh wow! I see Cranbrook Centre removed my review. Listen up future applicants, this place is horrible. No consistent hot water, leaking carbon dioxide, walls and floors are very thin (you can hear people walking around in their apartment. Even if you have an upper unit). Dishwasher is old, and the stove is old. Your electric bill will be high during the winter because the WALLS are THIN! Holes in the door. 1 Washer and 1 Dryer for a building with 8 units!!!! Do not spend your money at this place. The owner has no pride in her property! Please do not give her your money, because she has no morals! Issues experienced occurred in unit 135. Also, they pay tenants to give good reviews! The manager is DIRTY! Response to owner: You're a liar. I have emails that's shows you failed fix the repairs. I praise the Lord I was able to move and like ve in area where the owners appreciate their co-owners! However, I pray the Lords wrath come down on you and your family because you have a evil heart!

You'll love living here! Property Manager Regina Harvey is the best in welcoming you and making you feel at home. Her professionalism, compassion, and work ethics are unmatched!! The apartment complex is very welcoming and warm. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Together all of these attributes make Cranbrook Centre Apartments an excellent place to call home. My sister and I would love living here...

I’m just going say nice apartments terrible property manager !!!!! Sure the prior review about the rude person answering the ph was for sure REGINA !!!! I have moved and she still giving me a hard time and at this point it’s harassment !!!! This place has so much potential and it’s a nice place to live but they need a new property manager !!!!!!!!!!!!!! If there is any compliments about her she had them post it smh because she is beyond rude and disrespectful !!!!! If you can avoid the property manger then I would say this is a nice place to live ijs
