Manufactured-home park about 12 miles from the entrance of Yosemite National Park. Age 55+ community in the forest above Oakhurst CA. Easy to get to and close to year-round recreational areas, including Yosemite, Bass Lake and a casino if that's your thing. Spaces offer the privacy of a forest setting in a community of seemingly friendly neighbors. I drove through here thinking what a good place this will be to downsize to when the time comes. Quiet, winding streets, deer tracks, mountain views, well-kept yards. There's a clubhouse in the works.

Review from both my partner and I. Our communication with the property manager of the properties on 43555 Highway has been great. When we were deciding what unit we wanted to live in, he was very responsive to all the questions we had. During the move in process he was very transparent and available to answer any immediate questions we had. When there were things happening that were out of his control, for example Comcast getting approval from the city before we could get wifi, he kept us continuously updated and provided us with alternate wifi options in the meantime. Over all I think the best thing about our experience with the manager is nice. This is a quality that not many landlords have. Many landlords just don't care what their tenants need, and here at Grove Mobile Home Community is the complete opposite. It seems like he really cares that the tenants are doing great and addresses concerns to his best ability. We can tell him a hard worker. Also we love, we love our unit so much!
