Just visit a buddy and the blgd smell like WEED and older lady complained of smell due to health and they refused to kick the ppl out who has been nothing but trouble. Don't move there still the Providence Places.

It's true, it always smells like weed, the stairwells are filthy, nothing get fixed, heat keeps going out. This place is the worst.

Lol whatever addendum is in place is almost as big of a joke as the management here. My hallway ALWAYS smells like weed. It even comes in through the bathroom vent from the guy above me that smokes all the time. The other neighbors smoke cigarettes and I can always smell it. Most days I come home there is someone standing on the stoop of the entrance smoking a blunt. No one gives a f about any addendum. The place is trash

That is not completely true. There is an addendum in place that prohibits smoking on the premises.
