I've been here for almost a year. It has been home for us. I love my balcony and the view i have is beautiful each morning. We actually love it. There are some things like the entire apartment itself could be a lot more updated for the price I have to pay each month. I wish there was a place to have family and bbq with stuff for the kids to do outside like a playscape or swings. Every family on my floor has children. They play outside together but there isn't anything for them to really do. The pool just opened but hasn't been clean. I think that I expect for the water to just be clear without anything in it. Maintenance takes a while sometimes but for us they always get the job done. I had a issue with my fridge that almost made me wanna leave here. I lost an entire month worth of food, Well over $250 due to it going out on me. The staff has been nothing but nice to us since we moved in. Carl, Audrey and Jake are amazing people. They have worked with us and we are grateful. The pros outweigh the cons for us and We will be staying another year. I love the surrounding area. There are some really beautiful homes over here. I love all the restaurants and how close everything is. I am close to Detroit but far away. lol annddd Chik fil a is moving in front of Meijer. ๐๐พ๐๐พ๐๐พ๐๐พ

Trash place to live if you expect lots of packages. They have Amazon lockers that work sometimes other times the packages are just stolen by other residents. What apartment building doesnโt have cameraโs to lesson theft of vehicles and packages? Also, for these apartments to cost up to $1500+ a month they sure are out dated and the only good thing is the space you have.

So far so good. Community are very quiet which is i like because i work midnight and i have to sleep during days and i got a good sleep on the first day i stayed. Surroundings is clean and it's next to all shopping center and restaurants. Highly recommended.

If I could give 0 stars I really would! My unit has been without AC for a WHOLE MONTH! I have a brand new newborn baby and it has been extremely HOT. Hot mess! The leasing office could care less about the apartment having no air as well as my newborn in these terrible conditions. I have literally had to go stay elsewhere for the days that the heat was unbearable. They sent someone to the apartment at (week 3) and the guy said he couldnโt fix it. Like thatโs so terrible. I would never recommend here ever.
