I was there 1 hour waiting on my food. Then when I received my food the chicken wasn't even in the bag. Had to wait another 15 minutes. They were very unorganized. Got home to eat my chicken it wasn't cooked all the way had to put it in the oven. Never again will I go to this place very disappointed. 😡

I placed an order on Doordash, waited about an hour for my food, then the store canceled the order stating "it couldn't be fulfilled", even after the DoorDash Driver arrived. I called, asked for more information, and the woman on the phone, with no etiquette, says to me, "It's National Wing Day, and we're giving out 5 wings with every order." I ask how that has anything to do with my order, and she says, "Everybody and they momma here". That's it. That's apparently why my order was canceled. I completely understand that places get busy - I used to work retail during Back 2 School, so I get it. I'm very patient. But why would you all even accept my order in the first place, cancel my order after an hour of waiting, wasting my time and the Dashers time, and give me that kind of reply? No apology or anything. Like, seriously? This ain't the first time I've had an issue with this Wingstop, but this will surely be the last.

First time at a Wing stop and I will be going back, the service was great I could tell the one lady was beat but she kept a positive attitude and got me what I needed. The food came out just as she said in 15 minutes, the store was clean and ready for guests to come in, the only complaint I have is that everything was so nice ans peaceful until the younger employee came in yelling about how it shouldn't take some so long to do something and then start going off about how she doesn't care shes not doing it ans they can't wait....not sure what it was about but sure made sure everyone could hear it......kinda ridiculous attitude to have while at work..... lol just shut up do your job and go home when your done

DO NOT ORDER HERE!!! IT TAKES 2 HOUS TO COOK 20 WINGS AND HALF OF THE WORKERS DONT DO ANYTHING. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL TIMES
