They've overcharged me several times! In the app it shows my regular rides on my bank statements they've took hundreds of dollars! No way to contact no one because they want us to dispute in the app but as stated before in the app it only shows my rides I've actually took not the hundreds of dollars they've taken!!! Do not recommend!

I expected more from the Platform. Lyft cares more about the passengers than the drivers. Drivers are required to pass a background check yet it's not a requirement for the rider. Safety is one sided. Both parties should pass a background check. Also, it would be helpful to know the destination of rides and price point prior to accepting the ride. Also, LYFT is providing too little incentives and services for drivers while taking majority of pay away. I used lyft as a rider and a driver and the experience as a driver has been sad pay. I am surprised. I thought Lyft really provided a platform of good opportunity but it doesnt seem to be so.
Yow Ser
Would post 0 stars if I could. I was stood up by three drivers at the airport. The first was traveling away from me and the time to arrive kept incrementing. Cancelled this driver. The second driver acknowledged, and the navigation indicated she was approaching the terminal. As she approached her info went away and was replaced by a driver away from the airport. That driver, when he finally arrived, drove right past the pickup point and kept going. Had to take a cab.

Drivers are amazing, underpaid, but amazing. Corporation is horrible. No customer service toll free number. App sucks. I’d rather go back to taking a regular TAXI

I just received 2 emails about a ride in a state I am not at, and I guess they earned a highest tipper badge as well. I dont even use lyft nor have a account with them. I think its stupid the only way I can contact someone about this is through email. Seems pretty shady to me.
Contact app and write your concern, then an option to call will pop up.
Yes a Customer Service number need s to be contacted
I need 1099 for year 2020
It Is nightmarish trying to get anything done with them

Why can't you answer my question. What is the address I'm Kansas City MO. Need address so the can help me get started
that's a lot of word salad
You should have phone number of the driver in the app. You can reach out to drivers directly
They play their music loud for several reasons: 1. So they can't be accused of eavesdropping on their riders. 2. So they won't be bothered with riders who secretly are backseat drivers. 3. So their riders won't start a mundane conversation with them. 4. Because they are rude. And probably the most common answer is: 5. THEY LIKE LOUD MUSIC!!! Best wishes!
I would not trust lyft with your card info...thieves
You absolutely can have a dashcam. I have been driving with Lyft two and a half years and I have an interior and exterior dash cam and there are no issues with that. Consent and notification requirements for dash cams are regulated differently by each state. In this State there are no consent or notification requirements, so you are free to record audio or video in your own vehicle to your heart's content. Further, I recommend having a dash cam as a best practice for safety, security and verification purposes in the event you have someone who wants to embellish or make up any more or less than what occurred during a ride.
I just started yesterday and had the same problem all night using default Google Maps. I had to constantly zoom into the map for the street names.
Because that's all lyft and Uber does and why there allowed to block passenger loading and unloading zones to go across to food court trucks and block tenants from getting there children off busses safely too
Wow, did you call the police? I would sue them, if I was you. Pursue it . I am sorry it happen to you.
See above
I'm not 100% sure of the answer based on the information you provided. You should reach out to Lyft support. I know it's very frustrating. Good luck!
You can do it without problem it only takes more than a year to have it for CDL Many companies demand something else remember that driving as a Lyft driver will be exposed to multiple setbacks all the time inside the city and could damage your CDL record you will be more penalized using class A if you had a bad driving record tikes would cost a lot of insurance to different companies to answer you there is no problem everything can go very well I only explain that a class A carries more responsibility than have a nice day
Go online to Lyft and report it. They should be able to track it.
you should be able to on the app
In order to call a Lyft you must have an address of your destination. I recommend looking up an address close by your destination
you cant at this time not a franchise

Call Lyft customer support, if you can't get a hold of them see if there's info online to see if other people had the same issue, if you work for lyft see if other people had that issue, I only ride Lyft so don't know how that works hope that helps.
Best to contact someone who works there! Or a recruiter!
Good Luck but they are the worst with returning phones....do yourself a favor and use Uber going forward. They are much more efficient with returning lost items.
If you log into the Lyft app, there is a link for complaints against drivers. You must have the car license plate number and a description of vehicle.
Both to red light district

‘App address’? Stop with those drugs
No. Check the website or app when you become an adult
No
We are not interested
Answer is in the app. Lazy don.
Did you think to check the app ?
Answer is in the app LAZY
Yes I do
Really? This is the kind of thing that upsets you? I'm not sure if I want to wish I were you or to be glad I'm not you.
It's by email go to the part that said help and they will detect you and press send there real good on getting back to you .
If you need a ride no need to call any number just install lyft app in your smart phone then add your bank account and request the nearest driver in your area.
Contact app and write your concern, then an option to call will pop up.
Update the app or download it again
Another ignorant lazy Local Guide This is a Google managed website. Ask your tax man
Yes, as long as you bring your own car seat.
Some 2007 but mainly 2008-2018
