I would leave a 0 star if they had it. they do not pay reimbursement travel without raising hell every time. Costumer service is offal. I've actually had to get my senator involved and they still can't get it straight.

Ride didn't even show up

Living in Hawaii and am never able to reach anyone to whom I can speak to regarding our Food receipt claims that we were told would be reimbursed. We were told that my wife (Patient) and I were able to use $30.00 per person per day for caregiver and patient unless patient was admitted into the hospital. So, its been almost 2 months since we received any type of communication from them regarding our claims status and after sending our receipts to the corporate office claims dept! Who are these people?

Personally I have never had one late get me to an appointment they usually get me there a half hour early if they're late it's usually picking me up and that's no problem I'm happy to have the transportation instead of having the bum a ride from a friend or family member or take a taxi completely free because of other taxpayers and if you work your taxpayer you too I'm fully disabled I don't work I'm totally grateful for intelliride they always send me a text saying about what time they'll be here I don't know what you're doing wrong or if you're doing anything wrong at all you may just have bad luck but I personally have never had no problem when you call and intelliride they tell you on the phone about what time they'll be there like between 11 or 12 I would start looking out for them if they're not calling you or texting you because I have been with drivers I have been with drivers who have tried to call and text people and they're prepared to go they pay no attention to the call
I need for free sometimes a little little late picking you up they usually make sure your 2-year appointment on time so I give give them 5 stars
I have problems with pick up and return rides. Leave number in qoue and no return calls. I've sat after appointments for 2 to 3 hours. I have very bad injury to back I can't sit and wait that long I get back Adjustments time takes 10 to 15 mins why can't they wait I live about 15 minutes from most appointments. I'm VERY unhappy about this.
