Had to put in 2 dig request. The first time the locator went to the wrong house and closed out my ticket claiming I did not keep the gates to my yard unlocked. This required me to submit a new ticket for the same area. Locator comes to the right house but claims my dogs were outside and my gates were locked again. They close the ticket again and no locate. This is the only company that has given me problems for locate services and delays my project. I am not going to keep submitting tickets just to have to redo them because of incompetence.

This is the worst locating company ever. Never can complete locates on time. Even when it has been called in 10 days in advance. No one is held accountable for contractors losing money for crews on site.
