Awesome 👍 company.We are at our 3rd apartment with paladino development group . The team has had ups and downs . But they try there best . My kitchen sink overflowed making a huge mess in my apartment . I had a opportunity to speak with Lisa paladino yesterday very personal and helpful . Also talked with Sherry yesterday she was very helpful . And today per Tom he sent a outside company to clean my carpet and it looks amazing . Ty everyone that helped get this done .

Terrible attitudes, very unprofessional. They also claim in owe 4000 for a bed bug infested apt. I was kicked off of GA for unexpectedly becoming pregnant and they still expected a year worth of rent, I was high risk abs 6mos pregnant and couldn't remove furniture and was charged for that as well...slum lords that are all about money and care nothing about the tenants that pay rent to them. They also bought all the properties that were for the low income families and made it hard for people to get into them. They're a greedy selfish company that takes advantage of their tenants... If it wasn't for tenants, they would have zero income or jobs and they forget that part...

I’ve since moved out and the owner Dave Palidino has passed away. The new owners tried to sue me for over $3,000 for moving out. Saying I didn’t give proper notice. They made my credit score go down 53 points! I had to prove that I was right. I had pictures of all the mold. I had an electrical fire from my stove. By the time I got through with them they had to remove all that mess of my credit report. Only move in with them if it’s a last resort! Beware!

Roach infestation, rude comments from their cleanup crew is a typical occurrence. Other than that, somewhat ok.
