UNBELIEVABLE THE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. I waited for the #3 bus for literally an hour with my 3 year old. FYI it was 22 degrees real feel was 15 degrees bus never showed. I called several times could not get thru. Not only a hour and a half late for work I had a crying cold little one to worry about. FINALLY gave up and walked 3 blocks back home. Called once again got thru to be RUDELY INFORMED the bus had broken down and it was running every hour. There has be away to inform the public of set back such as this. METRO NEEDS TO DEVELOP A SYSTEM ASAP

MAT has good people; drivers, office staff, cleaners, etc. But management and its Kansas City envy has reduced the number of bus stops (OBIT on Dodge), multiple bus transfer stops, etc. I give 5 stars to staff, but only 1 star to management.

If bussing was ran as it once was, it would be better... it's MONEY, not by demand, MAT lost a lot of customers with most of the changes that were made throughout the years...

Moby is a metro bus you have to schedule a few days ahead of time for the disabled
The last route number 3 left North Omaha transit center at 9:15 p.m.
With the no. 5, no, it doesn't run on Sundays. Unless I walk from 72nd & Curtis to Baker's on 72nd & Military (Benson Park Transit)....
Why can we have a better bus System in Omaha go in three areas that be good to do that we should have that in Omaha that be good bus System in three areas so that should happen but not going happened that would be cool right peoples right
No you can ride alone, but bringing someone with you would be recommended if you require the extra assistance
