On 9 23 19 I was charged 19.90 for a ride home I never received and going around the airport cause the driver cant speak English.I would like my money back for services not rendered.I paid the other lyft ride.
Lyft no longer offers a phone number for drivers or riders. Also, their email support has been sent overseas where they have been unable to have an actual conversation with me.
