Excellent boat tour. I would definitely go again.

We talked to the woman at the ticket office face to face to ask if reservations would be necessary on a Wednesday. She handed us your printed brochure. Neither she or the brochure indicated that the mid afternoon cruises are not currently running. Very disappointed in your lack of up to date information.

Tonight we wanted to celebrate our anniversary in a beautiful way. We had high expectations because we had a similar cruise in Nashville, TN (General Jackson) and that was beautiful. On THIS cruise the food was not good: overcooked pasta, dry chicken and raw green beans. Mediocre service and most self-service. No music for more than an hour. No worth the money…I wish we didn't booked here :(

We brought bottled water in our backpacks. There was a bag check, but it wasn't a problem. They do sell all sorts of beverages (and really good food) during the cruise, and they have a water station set up with ice cold water for $1 as you exit the boat to the French Quarter. Thanks for supporting New Orleans tourism!
Surely not. This is basically a tour for two hours of the Mississippi River. And then they return you to Port
There's a paid parking lot next to Jackson's Brewery. Just walk across the railroad tracks to purchase or pick up tickets and board the steamboat.
I am sure there is somewhere close, but it is super expensive to park. I would recommend walking.
The Natchez operates on clean diesel fuel and a paddlewheel. The steam engine room is open to the public, and photography is allowed. They also tell you all about the history and mechanics of the steamboat during the narrated portion of the tour.
The Steamboat Natchez has an official capacity limit around 1,200.
You are honestly too busy with friends and eating/sight seeing to smoke.
The food was included in the price of the ticket
Was there two days ago and they did not ask and no masks
Suggest you make reservations in advance.
Good afternoon. For groups of 10 or more, we offer a group discount. Please use this link to make your reservation to be identified as one group. We look forward to seeing you Thursday! https://reserve.neworleanssteamboat.com/GROUPS/10756.html
Yes
Yes. It rained when I was there last week. No issues at all.
We booked online for the day cruise. We had to go to a window to get the actual tickets then backtrack to get in a two mile long line in the beating sun. You will need to get there early to be toward the front of the line to get a prime seat.
Sorry I didn't see any either .
