You'd think this people is Pro cop, you'll be mistaken. Bought a vest carrier about a year ago, and the thing literally just fell apart and ripped off for no legitimate reason. Called them up to see if they can help with any option, all i got was a big No. I mean at least they could've taken a look to try to address the issue. Good luck with them..

Was a Loyal customer for years, but thanks to their Tailor (heavy set Spanish guy), I will never go back and will take a farther drive elsewhere. Very rude on multiple occasions. Will not respond and leaves you standing there and when he does decide to acknowledge you he looks at you as if you’re bothering him. My last encounter with him he simply brushed me off and rejected helping me.
