Do not book a summer birthday party here as they have NO(zero) rainout refund policy. Taylor was impossible to work with & she had no real solutions. This is the first bad review I’ve ever left. I normally don’t leave a review at all, unless the service is exceptionally good(or bad). Unfortunately, this was the latter. Too bad cause this place used to be fun. Now it’s dirty & below grade. 1 ⭐️

Water is shut off when the employees hear thunder. I paid for the first session which is 10am to 1pm. Employees heard thunder so they shut the water off at 11:30 and then closed the entire waterpark at 12pm. We were offered a rain check but it's rainy season and it's like this everyday!!
