Stayed at hotel right outside the airport. Any plans for passenger flights in the future?
There was regular runs in years past but i believe they still have runs down that way you may have to pay more double check with terminal for assistance.
The Thunderbirds and the Blue Angels flew by the airport on their way to the Bethpage Bank airshow at Jones Beach Long Island, New York. They left yesterday to attend another airshow in a different state.

There are no scheduled air carriers at Republic but there are charter services available in jet aircraft as well as smaller aircraft. Customs is available at Republic and private jets come in internationally fairly regularly.
I don't know about buying they rent spaces you'll have to get in touch with some of the owners of the hangers in there im quite sure you'll be able to get something.
