Beware!! Do not rent from Ashley Oaks unless you want constant problems! Maintenance puts in work orders completed when they are not. Call the emergency number when your apartment is flooding no one answers or returns your call. I have been exchanging emails back and forth since the flood on 08/19/2022. Regional Manager Teresa Villa sends email stating no negligence on their part, but it is. My bedroom window damage has been there many many months now. Maintenance put work order completed and now have mildew everywhere and its holding water in window. My bedroom smells and they have not offered me another apartment or reduced prorated rent since it happened and expect us to keep living in the apartment this like and will not give us an option to get out of our lease early. I asked to get out of my lease early and Teresa said no. Basically if we leave we forfeit deposit and will owe the remaining lease amount. Michelle in the office basically said if you don’t want these problems you can go down the street somewhere to a brand new property. Totally rude office staff member and she is new so she stated. I can tell you several other neighbors to me have the same problems going on and have shown me their pictures.
