It is very nice quiet and we'll kept place. Resident Manager Ms.Joanne is very nice and does her job well. Herself and maintenance makes sure if need help with anything in my apartment that it is done. I'm glad I'm a Resident.

The absolute worst place to live. Joanna the manager for berryman square takes pride in harassing and terrifying her tenants. She conducts unauthorized entry into tenants apartments, unlawfully going through their belongs. Items from apartments have been moved and stolen. She is rude, disrespectful, violent and very unprofessional, She has several cases pending due to her unlawfully and criminal behavior.
