So I moved in around January 😀was a little nervous when I first moved in But Sammy was amazing and kept his word and made everything just as easy as possible.. Since I have been here they have a painted the apartments🌻 put up new privacy fencing🌻 Some of the apparent unsociable people are being removed🌻 Sammy is improving the community tremendously 😊 he always has a smile on his face even when he's busy and boy is he always busy.🌻 They're still working on fixing up some apartments and making them better🌻 so But so far I cannot complain it has been a very nice place to live and I like my little cottage 😊 And I'm getting to know some of my neighbor's ✌️🌻❣️🌞

It has been mostly great so far after a little more than a year. The office Manager Sammy has really been wonderful, other than getting rid of the few drug dealers that I see operating without care of getting caught it's not a bad place to live!

I've only been there for two weeks and it's really nice, I haven't seen any signs of trouble.everyone is very nice and friendly.
No bugs. Exterminator comes every other month and my particular power bill is about $85 a month but I don't run a lot and I don't have a washing machine and dryer in my apartment although I have a place for one
