So, I haven't taken any tours. This is a review because I reached out to the email on the site to get information about tours for early winter and two days later I got a response that the recipient declined to respond to my message. If they are booked or unavailable, that's totally fine, but to just decline to respond is totally unprofessional. I come to NY several times a year and this place is on several recommended sites, so I thought I would reach out. I won't be trying again given that a lack of professionalism seems to be a common thread in these reviews.

It was a great experience! Fair prices, excellent guide. Fun trails... My family enjoyed. 1st time on a ATV. Will definitely come back.

Went there with my family. No one was in the office and we had to wait 15 minutes before someone acknowledged us through a speaker. Paid $120 for 30 minutes, cash. Tour was really 20 minutes of going 5 mph. I was not looking to go 100 mph. Complete waste of time and money. Tour guides were not fun or personable. Both my 6 and 8 year old said, “that’s it? Boring and waste of time.”

Staff were awesome.. owner gave us some plastic sleds to goof around with while we waited for the previous tour to come back, The old Polaris snowmobiles they use look beat up but run and stop just fine.. 40 bucks for adults for 30 min tour (kids on the back or in the little trailer are $20.00) the cool thing is your not just in a field doing circles.. they actually take you out into the woods,, nice trail through the pines.. definitely worth the 40 bucks.. fun and safe.. we will be back again

Can I bring my own atv and if so how much?
Just came just came back from snowmobiling there a week ago. No one ever picks up the phone. You need one person to have a driver's license for damage waiver, so teenagers can probably drive as long as someone in the party has a license. We came with a 7-year-old who rode on the back with my husband, but he had his hands around him the entire time and was a little scared during the bumps and turns. I wouldn't do it again until he's older. It looks like they have a wagon available for kids that the snowmobile can tow behind as another option, but we did not ask about it.
Complete rip off. Owner Tim is very very rude and the equipment is super old with dirty smelly shared helmets. Highly recommend you avoid this dump.
Not sure about a license but you need some form of state ID
Quads ! They don't have 3 wheelers
