Kids 13+ and up are not separated into there own group. They do have personal trainers in which you pay for if want to get better at a skills and techniques. Lastly, your not separated by gender or skills that you acquire. The instructors are friendly and you get to meet alot of awesome and nice people. They are like family.

I would recommend you try a session out. The first one is free. After that, if you feel that its your cup of tee, you can sign up for membership and get a discounted rate on personal sessions. Otherwise i believe they run around $90.
