Takes too long to get through to them have to call back to back t least 8 times and then have to wait another 20 minutes to an hour to get a live person
Can I get partial unemployment for the hrs cut at the full-time job instead of using my PTO?

No.. The only way to get partial unemployment is if you only worked 2 days a week... It goes by days not how many hours you work. They calculate a 4 day work week Mon thru Fri and if you worked 4 of those you can't collect but if you work 2 or 3 out of the 4 you can get unemployment

When I get messages from them it says from the department of labor but it gives me the link to the website they sent me one yesterday saying I was overpayed you can opt to get a text directly from them
I was let go from my prior job and they owe me 200 hours of vacation that they refuse to pay cause I was let go and that is the policy. Is this legal or can I fight it?

How long where you at your prior job? Usually in ny state if you aren't with job til your anniversary hire date they can with hold any time, vacation, sick pay, any benefits that was yours. If you can find the employees handbooks to see what their policies pertaining to your situation.

No it is not contact labor board of this is a continuous issue.
So we are paying unemployment to an ex employee... he is working under the table and not reporting it,, and we can prove it.. what can we do?

Gather evidence of work place and employer, then file grievance with department of labor. The employer may get in some hot water as well.

Are companies now allowed to or have been allowed to deny holiday pay for part-time employees who haven't met "required "hours for that prior year?
