Wouldn’t come here unless you want Franklin the new manager to charge you for things you didn’t agree too or add a rush fee for something you didn’t ask to be rushed. I’ll never return based on how bad the customer service is with new management after coming here for a decade. They did the same thing to my sister and then treated my father poorly as well. I’m actually in shock at how bad it’s gotten.

Have a package to exchange, wrong size Paid shipping from the business I have to pay for the packaging in order to ship a prepaid shipment guy behind the counter acts like its a union job. takes 10 minutes to process the package. Then (no exaggeration) takes another 10 mins to tape up the shipping bag i just bought. 0/10
