Was looking for a weather strip for my ford focus. I had previously bought two on Amazon but they were wrong item. He gave me a price but to seemed a little high. I asked for the part number and he refused. I found the part for half the price on an OEM site. If NCF is reading this your attempt to scam me of $60 probably cost you a $20,000 vehicle purchase or two in the future. Genius.

Worst Customer Service EVER! Don't answer phones or offer any service when it comes to repairs. Do not bring your vehicle here.

I bought my truck from Luther North Country Ford brand new in 2018. I've been having it serviced with the works oil change package since the day I bought it. The work that's been done has always been good but when I first started getting the works oil change it was approximately $55 I just had my oil changed last week and it was $137. Most of that cost is labor. it's ridiculously expensive! I can get my oil changed anywhere for half that cost. I asked if they give any sort of a loyalty discount for the customer buying the truck from the dealer and servicing it there since it was new and they said no. Dealers are always looking for a customer loyalty but what about loyalty to the customer? I will never get my oil changed at Luther North Country Ford ever again until they reduce the price! $137 and change is way too expensive!!!!

Great place to buy a used vehicle with peace of mind. Staff is very nice and helpful with the process. Very satisfied with vehicle and an inspection proved it was quality.

Not sure why they would do that unless the OEM 4 ply tires met some sort of minimum standard. A friend who is a car broker told me that the manufacturers put the cheapest tires that they can on the cars as long as they meet a minimum standard. The dealerships are only interested in getting the vehicles off the lot. Often the stock tires will only last about 20k miles; sometimes less. Many customers elect to invest in better tires at the time of purchase. I must have lucked out because my 2015 Escape is still on the original tires. They're not great tires, but there's 25k miles on the car, there's still plenty of tread on them and they look good.
8 to 430 for service pick up. Only light duty mechanics on Saturday.
Yes , we do tire repairs. We also offer free tire rotations for all sets of 4 tires purchased from us.
