I wish I could do 0/5 stars. Was forced into buying a 2007 Honda Civic EX because every other car that I liked that was on the website had already been sold (but was still up on the website). Got the vehicle and within a month I had to do my own maintenance on it even tho it somehow passed the road approval test. Brand new lights, tires, battery, serpentine belt, de-fogged the headlights, new ground cables, had to put a re-manufactured starter in, my front bumper fell off (which prior to my knowledge had already fell off before but no one told me at point of sale) so when I called to talk to them about it they accused me of lying about it so I dropped it. I replaced the front bumper brackets MYSELF that were so rusted and orange that the SECOND I placed a 10mm socket on it to get it off it crumbled. Since buying this car I have had to replace more than what I have mentioned above like a whole new stereo system because when I got the car 1/4 speakers worked. I bought the car in November of 2021 so at the time I didn’t need AC but come this past summer I realized that my AC compressor doesn’t work UNLESS YOU HIT IT WITH A BREAKER BAR to get it spinning. I was sold and forced into buying a total lemon and Rapids Honda won’t own up to it but instead calls a customer a liar. Stay far away from this place. I hate my car and I’ve put well over almost $2000 into it and I haven’t had it even for a whole year.

Due to your deceptive business practices, and attempt (nice try) to defraud me of thousands of dollars, I have filed a complaint with the MN attorney general. You messed with the wrong customer. The worst car buying experience I've ever had. Stay away.
