As I read the reviews on this place it saddens me to say I, unfortunately, can say; I did not have the same great experiences. I was hyped up, lied to, got threatened to get the cops called on me, and more. Ultimately purchasing my first luxury vehicle, not at all. I was pulling into Carlson Toyota to get an oil change, when I first saw the blue sports car sitting on the podium to my left. I did a lot to occupy myself till finally I said, “Man, I’m finna buy that car!” I walked out the door; why they have the right door locked is BEYOND me! I walked up to that car. Observed it. A MASERATI!! my dream car if you know me you know I said: “SOLD!!” I walked back inside. Dakota told me the price I said “what’s wrong with it?” He says “nothing you want it?” BOOM test drive it, yup want it, they offer me money for a trade-in, Carrie, the General Sales Manager tells me during the credit running process “bring your trade-in and the cash in two weeks or less.” That worked perfectly for me. As you can see I’m moving up through the ranks Dakota was great. Now, Me and Ahmed the Business Manager sits down to go over the paperwork, rushes me through the process I sign everything asked of me then I leave with the Maserati. Ahmed and Carrie shakes my hand, tell me congratulations enjoy the sweet car and to tell the bank I gave them something I didn’t give so I don’t even remember what it was, the Maserati needed wiper fluid but no biggie. I leave with the car some days pass by and it’s Ahmed “ hey man, I forgot to have you sign something. Can you come back in” I replied “yes but I’m very busy the only time I have open is in two weeks” he says he needs me sooner I communicated that my schedule doesn’t allow the time he needed. Carrie text me about the trade-in Dakota reached out to pick up the trade-in. I send them the address via text and communicated clearly. They never picked up the trade-in. Ahmed called and texted me accusing me of joyriding, I was working also confused because there was a mistake made on their end. I went to the dealership 5-6days later to find out that the mistake was Ahmed for to have me sign the bank agreement. So I never even owned the vehicle. But I signed everything and left the lot. Once you leave it’s yours correct? I spoke to Carrie on the phone. I say “Good morning Carrie this is not a good experience what can we do to make this work” Carrie cuts in “Vernon, if you leave with that car I will call the police,” I said softly “you can keep your car” and hung up, returned the phone to Matt, and left. Ahmed has reached out saying they fixed whatever reason the service light was on however, for me; it just didn’t feel right anymore. I have two associates that were in the process and have decided not to buy from them and one friend that will not be leasing again. I’m not asking them or anyone to do that I’m just saying: I will not compromise the expectations I have for my bucket list experiences; especially; my official, first luxury car purchase.

Bought a new vehicle through them and the process was quick and straight forward. Worked with Jon Smid who was helpful and was on top of everything to get me in and out. Would recommend to friends and family

First off like to say they are putting customers with trade in first I will never be there for service or to buy a car I was interested in an incoming car they said no dealing with unless I’m trade in first then they will put your name on a car depending on what you are looking for it could be months when u undercut the trade in I’ll sell it to another dealer get my deal done there because u won’t take a mainly cash offer for an incoming car if ur looking for a better deal on a trade in at Luther at least u order what u want can back out of the trade in isn’t what is expected and get ur 500.00 DEPOSIT REFUNDED at Carlson you can’t feel free to have your gm or owner reach out with questions

Carlson Toyota is a wonderful dealership to work with- and the staff are great- just bought my 3 rd car from Carlson and would like to do a ‘shout out’ to Spencer, Marty, Nick and the guy he was training (don’t tell him I forgot his name) They were all wonderful to work with!!!! The staff is the reason I will continue to buy cars from Carlson- and to recommend them to friends! Keep up the good work guys!! See you in a few years.

Yes if they don't meet what the sticker says and you fall on the timeline
Staff needs to mask up a lot better than what we observed. There were a few salesmen who were wearing their masks under their noses, under their chins and one, who was directly working with customers, who wasn't wearing his mask at all. Other than that, most employees were distancing themselves and common areas had space between seats and tables. Oh, and one thing...CarMax has better smelling hand sanitizer.
5,000 miles or 6 months for tire rotations, 10,000 miles or yearly for oil changes. (whichever comes first) should be in the maintenance section of your owners manual
Yes, we do provide certified pre-owned vehicles.

Yes! Any year, any make, any model.
Well on average about $567 with paint and installation. However Carlson Toyota does not do bodywork at the dealership you have to go though their body shop Abra autobody off Hanson Blvd and highway 10.
Carlson Toyota sends you to Main Motors Chevy
Check a couple dealership Price's in the area. Youd be surprised the difference. And call and ask
Definitely they can. Try and compare prices too. I will also recommend Walser Toyota.
As long as you have your Costco membership card that's all you need. Just hand it to parts or service department when u buy anything from their and they will give you the 10% discount. Otherwise go though Costco to get the new car discount.
They only do Toyota keys. Nothing else.
