I would recommend you try a session out. The first one is free. After that, if you feel that its your cup of tee, you can sign up for membership and get a discounted rate on personal sessions. Otherwise i believe they run around $90.
They have different options depending upon how often you want to attend. They might still have the three free sessions. Also, your insurance might cover part of the cost. Their staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.
