To my surprise and amazement after filling out a not too pleasant survey about a recent service visit, my original salesman (Jerome Edmond) was calling my phone within the hour to "Make it Right!" I'm not sure what you're use to but that just doesn't happen these days. May I add, my service visit had absolutely nothing to do with the sale of my vehicle as it was just a routine oil change but he took the time out of his day to call me directly and as he says "Make it Right!" And YES, he made it right! There's a reason a man like that is on your Sales Team! As a company never lose that personal touch, it goes much farther than you may think.
